This leading FTSE business based in Central London, has recently undergone a huge transformation programme in HR, which included the implementation of Workday. As a result, an exciting, newly created position has arisen, for an experienced HRIS Manager to manage the HR systems team, taking responsibility for the continuous improvement, development and upkeep of their Workday system, as well as numerous other Process/System improvements and all associated reporting.

 

The newly implemented Workday system will be your main focus - improving functionality, maintaining data, ensuring all reporting is completed, developing systems roadmaps, ensuring compliance etc etc - the remit is extremely diverse! You will collaborate with the key stakeholders within HR and IT to support existing systems and execute on projects, whilst managing and mentoring a small, talented team of Analysts.

Suitable applicants must have strong Generalist HR acumen and experience of Workday, gained within a similarly demanding blue chip, international environment. You will also have expert IT skills and demonstrable evidence of team management and development / mentoring.
