A fabulous position has arisen at one of the leading organisations in their field. Reporting into the Head of Reward this role will be responsible for providing assistance across the business by maintaining the systems used in HR. You will oversee two advisors and act as the first point of contact for HR MI and systems-related queries and requests. Other key responsibilities include producing accurate and timely reporting and data as well as project management of key HR systems projects and upgrades.
To be successful in this role you will have demonstrable understanding of HR business processes and procedures and how effective management information and systems can support and enhance the HR service. Strong reporting skills with an aptitude for producing clear and effective management information is a prerequisite along with project management experience.
