Temporary People Co-ordinator, 3 month FTC, Leicester, up to 25k

Your new company

A creative organisation based in Leicester with a head count of 50 employees.

Your new role

A HR and general admin based support role, to work within a relaxed and creative environment that can often be high pressured due to client deadlines.

  • Advising new employees of benefits available and signing them up to the appropriate memberships
  • Managing all HR admin tasks
  • Support the People Director on relevant HR projects
  • Organising company meetings and social events
  • Supporting the recruitment process/managing job descriptions, advertising roles, liaising with agencies, organising and attending interviews, drafting/issuing new starter documentation
  • Assisting all employees with general day to day admin duties and organisation of the office



What you'll need to succeed

  • Experience working within a HR team
  • Great attention to detail and ability to act with discretion
  • Ability to communicate with people at all levels
  • Sound judgement and ability to make decisions confidently
  • Excellent computer software skills
