Recruitment Manager - Front Office - Confidential
A global bank based in the City of London is looking for a Front Office Recruitment Manager to join the team in a permanent role. Reporting in to the Head of Recruitment (employed by RPO), operating on site on an established and high touch account, you will be responsible for managing Front Office hiring (all levels and georgraphies, perm and contract) directly and supported by the PSL. You will manage front office hiring processes end-to-end building excellent relationships with the business and suppliers as well as pipelining appropriate candidates.
You will be an accomplished front office recruiter who has experience operating in a similar front office recruiter role within another financial services organisation / bank. You will have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills. You will be comfortable managing some hiring directly as well as using the PSL where needed. You will be employed by a reputable RPO and operate full time while being fully embedded in to the bank (on client site), working alongside the collaborative HR team.
