An exciting opportunity has arisen within my client who provide the leading TV broadcasting technology. Due to a period of growth, they require an experienced recruiter to join them on an initial 6 month FTC basis. This role will be required to work across the three London based sites on specialised roles and to lead the recruitment campaign.

Duties will include:

Liaising with hiring managers to understand resourcing needs, job requirements, technical and persons specification

Work with the marketing department to help develop a strong employer brand

Establish, develop and maintain relationships with specialised recruitment agencies

Design and execute recruitment campaigns

Direct sourcing of candidates using LinkedIn, candidate database, the organisation's talent pool

Work with the HR administrator to schedule and plan assessment days

Attend interviews across multiple sites with the hiring managers

Analyse recruiting sources and propose value solutions

Candidate management; briefing on roles, organising interviews, giving detailed feedback etc.

Skills/Experience:

Previous experience working within an in-house capacity

Proven record of working on specialist roles

Ability to travel to multiple sites across London

Enjoy working in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Flexible approach to problem solving

Ability to work autonomously

Great attention to detail
