German Payroll Advisor £40k to £45k plus benefits - Munich An innovative and forward thinking global organisation seek an experienced German Payroll Advisor to join their existing team. This is a new role due to expansion and growth which offers a great opportunity for the right individual and huge scope for development. The role is as follows:End to end processing of German payrollsResponsible for coordinating and inputting variablesRecognising and mitigating risksRunning various reports on a monthly basisPreparing payrolls for monthly approvalsBusiness partnering internal and external with Senior Stakeholders and third party providersEnsure that attention to detail is carried out dailySupport the wider international HR teams with payroll questions and queriesEnsure that all data is managed and maintained in accordance with GDPR regulationsMaintain, update and help create relevant payroll policies and procedures Whats needed:Must have German Payroll experienceEnjoyment for working in a team and delivering to deadlinesStrong Excel (V Look Ups/Pivot Tables)
