The Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Tech platform providing innovative ways to engage with consumers.This fast-growing tech start-up business with over 50 employees in Europe, are recruiting for an HR Manager.The role including the following:Establish HR tools to manage efficiently the role across UK & FranceTake ownership of the on/off-boarding processes for both the France and UKManaging employees and intern contracts & benefitsWorking with managers to recruit great new talent into the businessWorking closely with teams in multiple locations including the leadership team of the European business and headquartersOther ad-hoc HR and administrative related activities, including assisting finance with monthly payrollRegular travel between London & Paris required What skills & experience do I need?Proven ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritise Experience with counselling people and dealing with disciplinary matters where necessaryA self-starter able to work autonomously as well as part of a teamBe fluent in both French and English
