A large global investment bank based in London is looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join the HR team. Reporting directly in to the Global Head of HR for Tech & Ops and with extensive exposure to the global HR & Business Leadership team, this is a broad Senior HR Generalist position which also encompasses HR Change Projects & HR Business Management tasks while also operating as a Business Partner to a large and globally dispersed client group. This is a high touch fast paced role in a complex corporate structure where excellent stakeholder management and communication skills are required.

Alongisde day-to-day HR Advisory and partnering with the business, you will also drive projects such as re-structuring, talent management, cultural or business change etc, supported by the wider business and team.

You will be an accomplished Senior HR Business Partner of HR Change Project Manager with previous HR Change experience ideally in another global financial services organisation. You ideally will have supported Technology, Operations or Global Infrastructure groups. You will be commercial, articulate and able to manage complex global organisations, working closely with a large volume of stakeholders to drive commercial outcomes. You will have strong Employee Relations and HR projects experience and be comfortable working directly with the global leadership team. Degree (2:1+) and / or CIPD (preferred).
