Birmingham

£20,000 - £25,000

Our client a professional services organisation are looking for a HR assistant to join their growing HR function. You will be responsible for providing a professional administrative support service to the HR team.

Main responsibilities include:

  • Processing all employee lifecycle administration
  • Ensuring the HR database is up to date
  • Contract creation for new employees
  • Working closely with payroll and the recruitment function
  • Manage any internal and external HR queries
  • Providing guidance on policies and procedures

The appropriate candidate must be confident at all levels of HR administration and be confident at advising on a range of polices and procedures. You must have experience on various HR systems and have the ability to thrive in a fast paced environment.
