Job Details
A law firm based in South West London is looking for a Learning & Development Coordinator to join their dynamic HR team.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Assisting the L&D Manager, HR Director and others in the coordination of the design, implementation and delivery of all L&D solutions
- Acting as a point of contact for all queries in relation to the L&D programme for partners, fee earners and business services staff
- Developing excellent relationships with L&D suppliers ensuring that all aspects of the relationship run smoothly
- Administering all aspects of L&D programmes and training courses
- Assisting the HRD with the administrator of development opportunities for the Partner/leadership group
- Working alongside the HRD, assisting with all aspects of the administration of the firm's D&I programme
This person will:
- Have at least 1 year's L&D Administration experience ideally gained within professional services
- Have strong attention to detail
- Be able to juggle multiple priorities often with conflicting deadlines
- Be able to deal with confidential and sensitive information with the highest level of discretion
