A leading global insurance company consisting of circa 1600 employees is looking for an HR Business Partner to join the HR team based in London.

This is a broad strategic and operational HR BP position, reporting in to the Head of HR. You will be responsible for managing relationships with Business Heads in your assigned client groups to support them with all people related matters. This includes; employee relations, talent acquisition and development, performance, organisation development/change, culture and engagement and reward. You will help drive HR Projects & Programmes, manage annual HR processes and deliver quality deliverables to the business as part of a collaborative HR team.

You will be an accomplished HR Business Partner operating in another global financial services organisation ideally. Employee relations and HR Advisory / HR change experience preferred. Degree (2:1+) and or CIPD (ideally). You must have excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
