Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation in the travel and transportation sector, based in Castleford, who actively seeking a HR Administrator to add value to their HR function.

In a varied position, you will provide vital transactional support to the HRBP covering the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment, ongoing ER and performance matters, through to employee exit.

Description

In a busy and varied HR Administrator position in Castleford, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Handling HR matters reliably and in accordance with legal requirements
  • Prepare and issue contracts of employment, contract amendments, offers, etc
  • Overseeing and monitoring medical bookings;
  • Assisting with and developing on any recruitment campaigns
  • To ensure completion of appropriate employment and vetting checks, where these are required

Profile

  • Organisational and administrative skills
  • Experience of working in a HR environment
  • Practical and logical; able to solve problems quickly
  • Personable with strong communication and relationship building capabilities with staff at all levels;
  • Driven and determined
