I am partnering with a successful UK Housing Association who have are looking for a Reward Analyst to join their team and take responsibility for the Reward function. This role will require you to use a commercial approach to successfully provide a main point of contact service for all Reward related queries.
Your main duties will include but not be limited to:
- Provide a main point of contact service for stakeholders for all Reward related queries.
- Preparation of reports for the annual renewal of company benefit schemes
- Use a commercial approach to develop and improve new and existing benefits.
- Conduct annual salary reviews and facilitate activities such as job evaluation and benchmarking.
- Facilitating all operational Reward activities and ensuring all tasks are completed in timely fashion.
The ideal candidate will have benefits experience and has the ability to communicate with stakeholders at all levels. You will be confident acting as a main point of contact to senior figures and have the ability to produce excellent levels of work while maintaining a heavy workload.
