Job Details
This role is a position with areas of focus like e-learning, review of induction programmes, co-ordinating the training programme for the year.
Client Details
The client is a not for profit charity based in Edinburgh going through an exciting period of change and have lots planned over the next 12 months.
Description
Key responsibilities include;
- co-ordinating the e learning platform
- reviewing induction programme
- liaising with the exec team and wider senior management to determine any L&D needs
- identifying and filling gaps
- reviewing onboarding and appraisals system
- open house training
Profile
The successful candidate will;
- have experience in the key responsibilities
- have end to end ownership of projects
- be passionate about working in the third sector
