Description
The Employee Relations Business Partner will provide 'hands on' support that will require a balance between managing employee relations caseload and helping to support the line managers throughout the organisation. This role also includes working with the Trade Union representatives at a local and regional level.
Profile
The ideal candidate will have strong experience within ER and are able to demonstrate working on complex cases. You will have excellent communications and presentation skills with strong a good understanding of commercial acumen, trade union experience is essential.
Job Offer
The Employee Relations Business Partner will receive a salary of up to £42K per annum plus company benefits.
