This opportunity is ideally suited to a highly experienced HR professional, with a background of working in a fast based environment, who embraces change and enjoys having an international remit. This role is predominantly based in Ipswich, and candidates would need to be prepared to be based in this location on a full time basis.

Candidates should be comfortable with occasional European travel.
The successful candidate will be tasked with developing and delivering a broad range of strategies that focus on people, work processes, inter-departmental collaboration and effectiveness, and talent strategies and programs.
Applicants should have significant experience of working in HR at a senior strategic level and a background of working in a fast-paced environment. In addition to this applicants need to comfortable in a fluid, progressive and dynamic, change orientated environment.
