A great opportunity to provide business to business customer service excellence to a range of customers and clients. You will be business fluent in both English and French, German, or Italian.

Customer Service Advisor - using fluent - French, German, or Italian with English speaking, Basingstoke

  • Speaking in French, German, or Italian plus great English
  • Writing and reading emails in French, German, or Italian and English, these must be accurate
  • Dealing with queries 80% in European language, 20 % in English
  • Dealing with customer service/queries
  • Making and receiving phone calls
  • Updating member accounts
  • Updating CRM system
  • Using bespoke IT systems/CRM - Must be good at systems
  • Strong use of Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Creating well written and articulate letters and emails to internal and external customers
  • Working in a fast paced and busy
  • General customer service skills
  • Dealing with complaint handling
  • Completing general admin duties

Profile

Customer Service Advisor - using fluent - French, German, or Italian - Based in Basingstoke

You will have have gained customer service experience from working in an office, hotel reception retail or comparable sector.

You will be competent in:

  • Speaking in French, German, or Italian plus great English
  • Writing and reading emails in French, German, or Italian and English, these must be accurate
  • Dealing with queries 80% in English and 20% in French

Job Offer
