My client is looking for an individual to come in and lead the Compensation Analysis, reccomednding new inititives alongside producing reccomendations to enhance exisiting plans. To be successful in this role you must have experience supporting a reward function in a complex global organisation, and operate wioth a highly analytical mindset.
