The Part-time HR Manager forms part of the Senior Management team and reports directly into the CEO
Client Details
Our client are a community driven financial services firm based in East London. Our client are in search of a Part-time HR Manager to join their Senior Management Team and provide HR service to the business
Description
You will be responsible for delivering designing, implementating and delivering a HR service to the business. You will provide sound HR advice and deal with any relevant ER issues. You will assist the CEO in delivering business and organisational change, you will also implement a training and development programme across the business.
Profile
The successful candidate will be a HR generalist with experience in implementing policies and procedures and setting up a HR function. The ideal candidate will come from a SME business and have a proven background of implementing organisational change. Alternatively the ideal candidate could be working for a larger Financial Services organisation and will transfer this experience into a smaller business.
Candidates must be able to demonstrate policy writing, ER case management, L&D programme implementation & supporting business change.
Job Offer
a Part-time HR Manager role based in East London reporting directly into the CEO.
This role is 3 days a week and £40,000 full time equivalent - £24,000 per annum
