A global Professional Services firm based in The City of London are recruiting for a Recruitment Lead - Tech to join their team. Working closely with the Recruitment Manager and technical Leadership team, this role will be responsible for (but not limited to):

Full life cycle recruitment - leading strategic efforts for critical roles across levels, functions and global offices from talent attraction to onboarding

Stakeholder management such as building relationships with Senior Leadership team, applying critical thought to the design and development of recruiting processes and strategies

Strategic partnership such as leading competitive analysis and compensation benchmarking exercises to ensure proper and competitive positioning

Process development such as partnering with stakeholders to define roles, write job descriptions and structure evaluation and selection processes

Agency engagement such as effectively evaluating potential third party partnerships, building highly effective working relationships with external partners to support the hiring process

Proactive sourcing such as executing on tactical research, referrals and sourcing campaigns to find and engage both active and passive candidates through proactive initiatives

Candidate management such as screening candidates applications, managing candidate communication

Candidate experience management such as effectively educating candidates on the firm and available opportunities and facilitating a positive and impactful experience

Partnering with communications to develop process improvements to enhance the experience for candidates and internal stakeholders

As the Recruitment Lead - Tech, you will possess:

Strong academics, ideally to degree level

4+ years in corporate recruitment, headhunting or executive search, specifically within Tech

An interest in building and scaling effective processes

Ability to work autonomously

Strong communication skills both written and verbal
