The Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Tech platform providing innovative ways to engage with consumers.

This fast-growing tech start-up business with over 50 employees in Europe, are recruiting for an HR Manager.

The role including the following:

Establish HR tools to manage efficiently the role across UK & France

Take ownership of the on/off-boarding processes for both the France and UK

Managing employees and intern contracts & benefits

Working with managers to recruit great new talent into the business

Working closely with teams in multiple locations including the leadership team of the European business and headquarters

Other ad-hoc HR and administrative related activities, including assisting finance with monthly payroll

Regular travel between London & Paris required

What skills & experience do I need?

Proven ability to manage multiple tasks & prioritise Experience with counselling people and dealing with disciplinary matters where necessary

A self-starter able to work autonomously as well as part of a team

Be fluent in both French and English
