Salary: £70,000 - £100,000

My client is one of Europe's leading online gambling groups who are looking for a new Head of Talent Acquisition to join their team and support across their European locations. You must be experienced in the talent acquisition space, ideally having already led a team internationally and function in the past. A background in technology is also highly advantageous as knowledge and exposure within the industry will help to shape the function and how they work.

You will be working extremely closely with the c-suite team including the CEO, CPO and CFO and will have the ability to push back on budgets, decisions and initiatives for talent acquisition. They are going through huge growth across this upcoming year so whilst they are an established business, you will lead in the innovation to take the team and further.

This role will involve travel, particularly at the start in order to build relationships across the European offices, so flexibility is key. You will add new strategic input when it comes to looking at competitors, new processes and the external piece.
