Our client are currently recruiting a Diversity & Inclusion Manager role.The role will form part of the global people & talent function and is a new role for the firm in being solely focussed on D&I and CSR - having previously been part of an existing manager's role.Key responsibilities include:Working alongside the global Heads and other key team members, leaders and stakeholders to define, lead and implement the firmwide D&I and CSR strategyLinking Diversity & Inclusion and CSR to the wider people strategy and talent development agendaSetting and agreeing the budget for this strategic plan and providing regular reporting and monitoring of its success, various metrics and ROI - also in relation to any targets set within the strategyLeading on initiatives and activities, liaising with others and our D&I champion/s to do so; yet also working on how D&I can be truly embedded in to everyday into our culture, values, working practices, decision making and so on at a practical & meaningful levelBeing an ambassador and champion for the firm's D&I and CSR agenda to communicate and achieve change; and to drive forward the agenda overallInfluencing key stakeholders, decision makers and those in leadership roles at all levelsEnsuring CSR best practice is understood at the firm and that a plan of action is agreed and implemented to achieve improved standards.Identifying and implementing new and innovative ways of introducing and promoting CSR As the successful candidate, you will be able to demonstrate: Significant relevant experience at manager level in a similar D&I role, ideally within a professional services firm with experience of CSR too (including managing related budgets)Experience of leading and implementing projects, setting direction of these to achieve the strategyExcellent knowledge of D&I and CSR approaches in the sector and wider market.Previous line management/team management experiencePractical and commercial approachExcellent organisational skills of multiple workstreams; planning and prioritisation; time managementExcellent project leadership and project management skills
