This role involves working collaboratively within a fast-moving HR Operations team across the UK & Europe. Responsibilities:Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR operational procedures and practicesEnsure that employee records are always accurate and orderlySupport with the full employee lifecycle from induction through to issuing contractsManage all processes associated with absence and leave including maternity, adoption and paternity leaveAssist with HR operational requirements for both internal and external auditsTake lead in planning and communication of HR processes for the HR operations teamAid with strategic HR projectsPrepare HR reports, metrics and analysis Skills:HR Experience is requiredAccurate and numerateStrong MS Office knowledgeProfessional approachProactive mindsetAbility to communicate with managers, colleagues & external suppliers
