HR Coordinator

Central London

I am recruiting for an initial 3-month HR Coordinator opportunity within a Global Insurance Firm based in Central London. This role involves working collaboratively within a fast-moving HR Operations team across the UK & Europe.

Responsibilities:

Provide advice and guidance to employees on HR operational procedures and practices

Ensure that employee records are always accurate and orderly

Support with the full employee lifecycle from induction through to issuing contracts

Manage all processes associated with absence and leave including maternity, adoption and paternity leave

Assist with HR operational requirements for both internal and external audits

Take lead in planning and communication of HR processes for the HR operations team

Aid with strategic HR projects

Prepare HR reports, metrics and analysis

Skills:

HR Experience is required

Accurate and numerate

Strong MS Office knowledge

Professional approach

Proactive mindset

Ability to communicate with managers, colleagues & external suppliers
