This is a great opportunity to be part of an exciting forward thinking business. This is a newly created role due to expansion and company growth.

Reporting to the Recruiter, the Resourcer will be a vital part of the Recruitment Team, focused on the timely, cost effective and quality delivery of recruitment assignments through the proactive and effective sourcing of quality candidates.

In this exciting position you will be responsible for continually developing an understanding of the IT and Technology recruitment landscape that this client operates within. You will identify and engage appropriate candidates, build Talent Pools, make initial approach calls, build relationships, put in place communication plans and network with industry sources to help us source and recruit the best candidates available.

You will also be involved in attraction strategies, helping to arrange events, identify suitable sponsorship opportunities and job boards which could be effective for them. Working with Recruiters, Recruitment Systems Manager and the GM - Recruitment you will review current recruiting strategies and identify and recommend any new tools, techniques or technologies which could help improve direct hire success. In addition, you will create a candidate resourcing template with deliverables, timelines and a formal tracking process which can be used across all suitable vacancies. Offering all candidates contacted an excellent experience is vital to the success of this role.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a recruitment professional to have a real impact in the business and the way in which they recruit.

The successful candidate will have proven experience in an IT/Technology/Digital recruitment, researcher or resourcing role, have created effective talent pools and be able to demonstrate an in depth knowledge of the different recruitment channels and tools available. You will be passionate about sourcing candidates directly, have excellent communication skills and be able to influence senior stakeholders.
