A large media company in the city are looking to bring in an interim HR Analyst to assist with their Gender Pay and Diversity agenda.

The HR Analyst will have had experience providing analytical insight that helps with the delivery of HR priorities.

Some of the key responsibilities include:

  • Provide management and governance of HR Gender and Diversity data to ensure that the development, execution and supervision of plans, policies, programs and practices that control, protect, deliver and enhance the value of HRs data and information assets
  • Develop and improve the HR Data and Analysis Strategy to support HR's strategic objectives
  • Develop, and deliver a variety of company-wide HR measures, reports and queries through consultation with stakeholders that are aligned to the Diversity strategy
  • Ensure that HR Diversity data is aligned to other core business data
  • Supports the Head of Reward in formulating and delivering the overall Diversity Strategy, undertaking project delivery as required
