The Oakleaf Partnership are working with a Global Publishing Company based in the city to secure a Talent & Organisation & Development Partner who will operate within the new Learning & Performance team, and as a partner to their HR colleagues. You will work closely with the Global OD Manager to manage people and organisation related challenges, focused on Talent Management, Performance Management, Engagement and Organisational Change.Initiatives will include talent reviews and initiatives, performance management and improvement initiatives, employee insights and engagement, communication strategies and plans, various culture and behaviour change projects.The role requires very strong collaboration with the HRBP organisation and other HR specialists, to bring the best of collective expertise to the business as one global HR team. It also requires very strong project management expertise to keep projects on-track and controlled, with a continuous eye on delivery of desired outcomes.The role sits within the Global Support Division, 'the team behind the team', comprising a central, global team of experts from different specialist functions.The role is based in London, but there may be some element of travel both locally to other offices and internationally.
