Resourcing Advisor

Your new role
I am looking for a resourcing advisor to come into a well known business based in the centre of Manchester on an initial 6 month contract. There is a very high probability that this role will be made permanent following the contract.
This role will require you to perform to full end to end cycle of the recruitment process. It will be your responsibility to take a role briefing from a client and see the process through to offer and on-boarding stage.
You will work closely with the Resourcing Partner to make sure the recruitment process is smooth and efficient.
This role is very hands on and can be a very fast paced role dealing with any thing up to 20 vacancies at once.
There will also be an element of Data and MI within this role. The Resourcing Partner and yourself will work together to streamline all of the recruitment data, ensuring that is it accurate and using it to extract date and create reports and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to have worked in a recruitment role previously. Ideally worked in an in-house role although agency recruiters will be considered.
You will have experience in the full end to end recruitment process, from job registration up to on boarding and including all manner of interviews (telephone and F2F)
You will have experience in stakeholder management and be comfortable in dealing with all manner of employees. You will also need the experience of pushing back and advising managers.
You will have strong experience in direct sourcing and talent pooling candidate to ensure you have the right product to fill the roles. You must be proactive in this.
This role is looking for somebody asap and so you must be available to start quickly.

This role is offered on a 6 month contract initially however there is a very high probability that it will be made permanent following this. The role is paying a generous salary of up to £30,000 and is very centrally located within Manchester City Centre.
