30 hour a week part time HR Officer role
Client Details

Description
- Provides operational support and guidance on performance improvement, disciplinary, grievance, absence etc.
- First point of contact for employees and managers when it comes to end-to-end HR policies and procedures. This role will have control of content and knowledge management in these areas.
- Day to Day administration
- Onboarding of new recruits (Inc recruitment pack, job offers, reference checks, contracts etc ).
- Responsible for all personnel files, keeping them up to date and in line with GDPR requirements.
- Management of the Performance Management software. (Clear Review)
- HR reporting (Metrics/ KPI's)
Profile
- L3 CIPD
- Generalist HR experience
- Project work (i.e.) Implementation of new HR Software
- Familiarity with HR metrics and KPIS
Job Offer
£25,000 per annum pro rota'd
