VP EMEA Payroll Manager £90k to £100k + Comp & Bens - Docklands A leading Global Financial Services organisation currently seek an experienced EMEA Payroll Manager to join their organisation and lead a team of dedicated payroll professionals. Reporting into the VP of Finance this role will be responsible for driving and developing the team and the current international payrolls being the main point of contact for all. Role is as follows:Manage and motivate a team of payroll professionalsBe the subject matter expert for all EMEA payroll questions and queriesBe responsible for the end to end payroll processOwn the Vendor relationships outright making sure the service provided is in line with the terms of business that have been signedBe the lead on all payroll related projects for strategic directionBe the lead on all systems implementations that directly impact payroll and support where neededMeasure process performances and drive change where needed and constantly monitorBe responsible for all succession planning and hiringLiaise heavily with Senior Stakeholders and Senior Management within HR, Finance, Tax agencies and LegalLead on all year-end payroll processesSupport HRBPs to help resolve any payroll issues, irregular payments etc.Constantly look to improve the payroll offering and challenge where necessaryRemain up to speed with all EMEA and local legislation What's needed:EMEA Payroll Manager exposure and experience (APAC would also be beneficial)Team management and development of individualsStrong technical payroll experienceContinuous process improvementSolid relationship building skill setStrong project managementCustomer service focused
