Job Details
Oakleaf Partnership are representing a high-growth technology company, recruiting for an equity share plan project manager to lead the implementation globally. You will be execution of all share and cash based plans. Reporting directly into the Head of Reward, you will have the responsibility of managing the implementation of the new plan. Responsibilities will include the plan administration, communication surrounding the schemes as well as the ownership of external stakeholder relationships and working with third party suppliers. You will be working closely with the wider organisation to support the implementation as well as ensuring compliance surrounding this area. You will be working with Performance share plans, LTIPs, GESPPs, ShareSave and cash based deferred plans. This is a 3 month initial contract to start asap.
