Oakleaf Partnership are assisting a leading insurance firm in their search for a Compensation and Benefits Analyst to join their team.The role will report into the Compensation and Benefits Manager, working closely to deliver reward throughout UK and EMEA. The responsibilities of the role include:Take an active role in the design and implementation of benefits strategyLiaise with benefits providersEnsure proper delivery of company benefitsDeliver analysis and reports relating to all aspects of compensation including benchmarking, executive compensation, regulations etc.Support the annual salary review processSupport on all compensation related issuesProactively ensure integrity of compensation and benefits data in the HR SystemThe ideal candidate will hold the following attributes:A minimum of 2 years' experience working as part of a Reward functionAnalytically mindedAn enthusiastic problem solverGreat attention to detailIntermediate in Microsoft ExcelComfortable working with HR SystemsTo be considered, please apply accordingly.
