Page Personnel are working with a leading organisation in the healthcare sector, based in York, who are actively seeking an Interim HR Administrator to add value to their HR function on a 6 month FTC.

This will be a busy and varied position, with a focus on providing transactional support from data collected across the various HR systems.

Description

In a busy and varied Interim HR Administrator position in York, roles and responsibilities are to include, however are not limited to:

  • Creating and maintaining HR files and records on the HR system
  • Inputting employee data into spreadsheets and on to the HR system and HR/Payroll system
  • Liaising with colleagues across the business, in our practices and central support office to obtain HR information
  • Processing starters, leavers and changes on the HR system and HR/Payroll system
  • Supporting in the set up and testing of the new HR system
  • Calculating annual leave entitlements and inputting holiday records on to the new HR system

Profile

Experience in a similar HR Administrator position

Strong, demonstrable administrative ability

Experience with HR systems preferred

Excellent written and verbal communication ability
