Recruitment Coordinator

Responsibilities will include.

• Sending out recruitment authorisation forms
• Keeping recruitment tracker up to date
• Creating KPI reports and analytics on recruitment activity on a month-by-month, quarterly and annually
• Uploading new roles on to system
• Reviewing CV's
• Recruitment Coordination, booking in interviews with line managers and candidates
• Assisting with some entry level interviews
• Ensuring responses are sent to candidates/agencies in a timely fashion after interviews have taken place
• Assist with early talent programme events and training

Required experience and skillset.

• Solid experience of working in a busy recruitment team driving recruitment processes
• Experience of following processes involving a high level of attention to detail with competing demands is essential
• Experience of working in a corporate environment and exercising diplomacy, tact and professionalism is essential
• Ability to organise their own time effectively and remain flexible for ad hoc requests
