Experienced Recruitment Advisor needed for a large well established company in Sheffield.
Your new company
You will be working for a well established recruitment company in Sheffield, they have an excellent reputation locally and an employer of choice. This is a newly created role due to the organisation wanted to continue to strengthen their recruitment processes and key to this is to get the right candidate in this role.
Your new role
You will be working within the established HR and recruitment team responsible for a specific business area. Your new role will be to support the business in recruiting roles directly and through agencies, you will source candidates directly via job boards, linkedin and direct applications. The role will need to be done efficiently and professionally ensuring you are continuing to build a talent pipeline of candidates while supporting the business in all recruitment needs. The types of roles will vary that you will be recruiting for but will predominantly be sales roles initially.
What you'll need to succeed
You will have extensive experience within recruitment either agency, in house or both. You will be able to work independently and consider all routes to market when recruiting. It is essential you have experience of dealing with stakeholders and setting realistic expectations when discussing any new roles that the business wish to recruit.
