HR Business PartnerNorth West London12 month FTCTo start ASAP£45,000 - £50,000pa A leading retail brand, based in North West London are looking for an experienced HR Business Partner to join the team and support three of the biggest company functions - IT, Finance and the People Team. The ideal HR BP will have 3 - 5 years experience within a People Business Partner role and will be available immediately or at short notice to join initially on a 12 month Fixed Term Maternity Cover Contract. The team are creative, proactive and will offer an exciting challenge for the right person. Main responsibilities include but are not limited to;Coach, train and support senior managersBe a key point of contact for Business PartnersAdvise Managers on all people aspects, including through change and transformation projectsPartner with Managers on ER cases, ensuring a culture of high performanceSupport the implementation of a new HR and payroll softwareUse people analytics to provide insight-driven solutionsPartner with the Talent team to ensure business partners align with company processesProvide solutions to people issuesAct as the face of the People TeamSupport the development of the reward strategy Skills required;3 - 5 years experience as a HR Business PartnerManagement experience would be advantageousProven confidence picking up new HR SystemsProject management experienceStrong communicator and able to work with senior stakeholdersGood influencing skillsStrong analytical skills used to influence business decisionsComprehensive knowledge of UK employment practicesA genuinely positive attitude and way of working If you are an experienced Generalist HR BP who thrives on building strong, credible business relationships with senior stakeholders, in order to drive positive business change and are seeking your next challenge, please apply now!
