Work within the existing Accounts Executive team to assist in coordination of service work both in the Facilities Management sector, other chargeable and warranty work.

You will be working for an Excellent business as the Accounts Executive that really puts there staff first. You will be part of an inclusive team that take pride of there work and the ongoing development of the business.

Description

As the Accounts Executive your duties will consist of

  • Oversee installation orders working with a leading Service or Project Engineer to ensure the smooth delivery of install.
  • Coordinate all admin for "major" site work from quotation to delivery on site and invoice in conjunction with the relevant Service or Project Engineers.
  • Provide focused customer service to all Facilities Management and End User customers in the Service Response Centre.
  • Review order handovers from the Energy Services Sales Manager and produce a job pack for the relevant Service or Project Engineer, calculating the provisions available for each service according to the TAF.
  • Coordinate and schedule maintenance visits with Project Engineers as the customer's point of contact.
  • Carry out all administrative tasks relating to the above including KPI's, regular reporting, stock control, raising purchase orders, service orders, invoicing customers and chasing payments.
  • Produce quotations for site and large "project" work, liaising with the Service Operations Manager to ensure sufficient time and materials for the work are captured at quote stage.
  • Oversee subcontractor and supplier relationships to ensure that the service delivered to customers is of a suitable standard, invoices are paid in a timely manner and all costs are captured against the job.
