Part Time HR Associate (3 days per week)

Specialist Investment Management Firm

£38,000 Pro Rata

July start date

12-month maternity cover

West London

I am recruiting for a 12-month maternity cover Part Time HR Associate opportunity within a Specialist Investment Management Firm based in West London. The role involves working collaboratively with a vastly experience Director of HR with a focus on administration and analysis.

Responsibilities:

Manage the full employee life cycle

Coordination and administration support in recruitment processes from CV screening to managing interviews

Absence management administration according to applicable legislation and policies

Ensure the development and delivery of accurate and timely data and reporting

Extract data from global employee database to create the monthly headcount report, management report and Investor Relations data tables

Manage current e-days absence management tracker

Provide support on the annual compensation cycle

Working with the Finance Department on payroll matters

Management and maintenance of personnel files

Ensure data and records are correct, up to date and meet current legal requirements

Skills:

Financial services exposure is desirable

Extremely strong Excel & PowerPoint knowledge

Database management

Formatting

Basic pivot tables

HR Administration experience

Knowledge and experience of maintain and implementing high quality HR data

Immigration, expatriate taxation and mobility practices knowledge

Attention to detail

Able to work within a small team

Proactive and motivated personality
