Central London

3 months Temporary

£13 - £15 per hour PAYE

Start Date; 6th May 2019

An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator with experience to join a small team, based in Central London, initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended for the right person.

The successful HR Administrator will be someone with HR experience, seeking their next challenge.

Responsibilities will include;

  • Updating the HR system, Select HR
  • Managing reward and benefits
  • Updating new joiner information on the HR System
  • Supporting on monthly payroll
  • Administering all new starter documents and right to work checks
  • Creating offer letters and ensuring a smooth on boarding process
  • Updating the internal communications platform
  • Supporting the US HR team as and when needed

Skills and experience required;

  • Experience within HR Administration/ Co-ordination
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Confident picking up new systems
  • Proven attention to detail
  • Using initiative and confident working independently as well as in a team
  • A can-do, positive attitude!
