HR AdministratorCentral London3 months Temporary£13 - £15 per hour PAYEStart Date; 6th May 2019 An exciting opportunity for a HR Administrator with experience to join a small team, based in Central London, initially for 3 months, with the potential to be extended for the right person. The successful HR Administrator will be someone with HR experience, seeking their next challenge. Responsibilities will include;
- Updating the HR system, Select HR
- Managing reward and benefits
- Updating new joiner information on the HR System
- Supporting on monthly payroll
- Administering all new starter documents and right to work checks
- Creating offer letters and ensuring a smooth on boarding process
- Updating the internal communications platform
- Supporting the US HR team as and when needed
- Experience within HR Administration/ Co-ordination
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Confident picking up new systems
- Proven attention to detail
- Using initiative and confident working independently as well as in a team
- A can-do, positive attitude!
