Your new role
As Recruitment Advisor you will form part of the wider HR team, supporting on recruitment vacancies across the business, taking responsibility for the full recruitment life cycle.
You will have the opportunity to develop relationships across the business providing support on key appointments.
This is an ideal opportunity for someone keen to work in a fast paced environment with immediate responsibility.

What you'll need to succeed
* Experience working in an internal recruitment or RPO environment is ideal, preferably within a HR team
* Previous background experience of working in recruitment agencies to high targets would be beneficial
* Experience using recruitment systems essential.
* Excellent IT skills
* Background in professional recruitment ideal
* Good knowledge of employment law and HR issues
* Strong planning, administration and organisational skills
* Good communication skills, both written and verbal
* Demonstrable levels of interpersonal sensitivity and discretion
* Good problem solving, analysis and reporting skills
* Ability to manage own time, workload and multi-task under pressure with strict time constraints
