HR Project Coordinator

Interim - 4 months

Berkshire

£30,000 - £35,000 equivalent

Pharmaceuticals

My client are a large, global pharmaceutical business based in Berkshire. Due to some movement within the team they are now looking for an interim HR project coordinator to assist the HR manager over the next 4 months. This role will give great exposure to HR projects and change.

Duties will include but are not limited to:

Support the HR team and HR manager to deliver the HR strategy and initiatives

Create and deliver presentations

Organise and schedule meetings, taking minutes and contributing where possible

Independently manage projects by ensuring deadlines of others are met, proactively providing project plans, updates, materials, information and ensuring those individuals are supported

Identifying solutions or finding better ways to approach a project to improve results

Updating and maintaining the HR system

Create, update, and present on reports

Assisting with any other adhoc HR requests where possible

Skills/Experience:

Previous project experience

Ideally CIPD qualified or equivalent

Confident in creating presentations and reports

Ability to build internal relationships with stakeholders

Great attention to detail

Proficient on Excel

As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately to be considered.
