HR Project CoordinatorInterim - 4 monthsBerkshire£30,000 - £35,000 equivalent Pharmaceuticals My client are a large, global pharmaceutical business based in Berkshire. Due to some movement within the team they are now looking for an interim HR project coordinator to assist the HR manager over the next 4 months. This role will give great exposure to HR projects and change. Duties will include but are not limited to: Support the HR team and HR manager to deliver the HR strategy and initiativesCreate and deliver presentationsOrganise and schedule meetings, taking minutes and contributing where possibleIndependently manage projects by ensuring deadlines of others are met, proactively providing project plans, updates, materials, information and ensuring those individuals are supportedIdentifying solutions or finding better ways to approach a project to improve resultsUpdating and maintaining the HR systemCreate, update, and present on reportsAssisting with any other adhoc HR requests where possible Skills/Experience: Previous project experienceIdeally CIPD qualified or equivalentConfident in creating presentations and reportsAbility to build internal relationships with stakeholdersGreat attention to detailProficient on Excel As this is an interim role, you must be available immediately to be considered.
