HR Adviser

6-8 week HR Adviser role for a Healthcare Organisation in Central London. £18-£20 per hour, starting ASAP.

Your new company
You will be working as HR Adviser for a Healthcare organisation in the Southwark/Waterloo area, on a 6-8 week interim basis. The role is covering whilst the role is recruited on a Fixed Term Contract basis, and will pay £18 - £20 per hour.
The role will start ASAP, so candidates must be available on 1 week's notice or less.

Your new role
You will be supporting and upskilling managers on all Employee Relations matters, especially sickness and performance. You will manage a small caseload and also be responsible for reporting on HR/ER metrics for Management.

What you'll need to succeed
Candidates are required to be available immediately or on 1 weeks notice as a maximum, with experience of working at HR Adviser level within the Public Sector.

What you'll get in return
You may be extended or taken onto a Fixed Term Contract, and will be paid on a weekly basis.
