Description

You will be immersed into our renowned, comprehensive training programme. With both classroom and 'at the desk' training we will show you how to be a successful Recruitment Consultant as well as help you build and develop a career in a dynamic sales environment.

The responsibilities will include:

* Generating new business as well as managing existing relationships
* Managing recruitment processes from start to finish with a variety of clients
* Generating candidates and helping them find the next step in their career
* Negotiating fees and candidate salaries upon completion of the recruitment cycle
* Organising and attending client and candidate meetings

Profile

Successful consultants typically have a strong track record of achievement, either in a sales role, on the sports field or in their extra-curricular activities. Competitive by nature, but also self motivated, inquisitive and determined to succeed. We provide the training, support and development that Recruitment Consultants need to have a successful career here. What we can't do is make you pick up the phone and do it.

Job Offer

Recruitment Consultant: £20-25k basic starting salary, commission (uncapped), target based salary increases, iPhone, Company Car (or cash allowance), monthly breakfast/lunch Director's club for top performers, regular High Flyer events, season ticket loans, contributory pension, private healthcare and much more.
