An exciting opportunity for a permanent HR Assistant required for a luxury retail skin care brand based in London. You will be dealing with all new starters/leavers,absence management and HR and payroll administration

Description

Key responsibilities for this HR Assistant role include but are not limited to are as follows:

  • Full employee life-cycle - on-boarding starters/leavers
  • Payroll Administration
  • HR Administration
  • Absence Management - ensuring annual leave and employee sickness is logged and monitored
  • Ad-hoc projects

  • Profile

    The successful HR Assistant will have previous exposure working in a similar role in a busy and demanding HR department, where you have shown an ability to multi-task and use your own initiative.

    This position requires excellent organisational skills as you will be working to tight deadlines and high volume work.

    Ideally you will have a HRM degree, or CIPD Level 3 Qualification and have had some payroll exposure.

    • Hours of work: 9.00am to 5.30pm - Monday to Thursday and 8.00am - 4.00pm Friday
