Using brand new technology such as wearable biosensors, big data, and artificial intelligence our client is helping to revolutionise both the way new drugs are developed and brought to patients.
Description
This is an exciting, hands on HR Manager role with one direct report. You will engage with the top levels of leadership to push forward their growth agenda and increase collaboration in a highly technical, academic environment.
This is a full generalist role and you will be involved in all aspects of HR including -
- People & Culture Strategy
- Recruitment/Inductions
- Performance Management
- L&D
- Reward & Recognition
- Talent/Succession Planning
Profile
SME HR experience essential.
Full generalist skill set
Hands on, commercial approach
Tech/Academic client group experience helpful but not essential
