Artis HR are currently recruiting for a HR Manager for a fantastic global business in North Bristol. This is a permanent full time position paying £40-45,000 + bonus.

We have an opportunity for an experienced HR Manager to join our fast-paced, international technology business based in Bristol.

Reporting to the HR Director, we're looking for a HR Manager to develop, implement, maintain, and continually evaluate solutions for recruitment, on-boarding, development, performance management, reward and succession planning.

As HR Manager, you will have a truly generalist role leading much of our operational activity and providing support across the business alongside coaching and advising with employee relations issues.

Job Responsibilities
*Delivery of key HR objectives across 17 countries.
*Maintain regular contact with the senior leadership team.
*Share knowledge to mentor and develop two direct reports.
*Assist with the development of HR policy and strategy.
*Management of the performance and salary review process.
*Promote the Company's culture and identify ways to integrate into HR initiatives and processes.
*Management of the recruitment process including developing and implementing creative ways of recruiting.
*HR data management and reporting.
*Key role in the relationship between HR and payroll

Key skills
*Strong employee relations knowledge with experience of managing complex cases.
*Capable of juggling multiple priorities simultaneously.
*Familiarity with HR Systems (Sage People) would be helpful.
*Thrives in and enjoys fluid environments that are fast-paced and ever changing.
*Demonstrates a high level of initiative.
*Excellent attention to detail.
*High level of planning and organising skills.

Desirable skills
*HR experience within software or technology would be advantageous, as would international experience.
*A high-level of IT proficiency would also be desirable, especially with Excel.
*Working knowledge of payroll.
*Knowledge of immigration processes including visas would be beneficial.

* A degree or postgraduate qualification in Human Resources Management and a qualified member of the CIPD (Chartered Institute of Personnel & Development) is desirable.
