Regional HR Business Partner
I am currently supporting a UK wide and successful manufacturing organisation to recruit an experienced Regional HR Advisor/Business Partner to cover the Midlands and south region.
Reporting into the HR Director and working in a team of regionally based Advisors/BP's, this is a true generalist role, duties will include:
*Managing all disciplinaries and grievances, supporting and advising line managers
*People and management development
*Training and development
*Managing long term sickness
*Union liaison and negotiation
*Management of specific HR projects such as salary reviews, staff surveys
*Succession planning and talent attraction/retention
The successful candidate will have proven experience of working in a regional role within a blue collar environment. Strong employee relations and employment law knowledge is essential, as is the ability to empower line managers to take ownership of HR issues.
You must be able to work in an autonomous role as you will be the sole HR support for the area and the ability to build strong and fast relationships with key stakeholders is essential.
