A great job opportunity for a permanent, part-time HR & Payroll Co-ordinator within a friendly, fast-paced but relaxed environment, within an established organisation in Northamptonshire.

Your new role
As a Permanent, Part-Time HR & Payroll Co-ordinator, you will be part of a busy HR team, responsible for recording and monitoring sickness absence, sitting in on disciplinaries and grievances as a note taker and producing relevant letters, dealing with starters, leavers, offer letters and contracts and dealing with Payroll in terms of making adjustments for SSP, SMP, and overtime payments and ensuring pay information is accurate.

What you'll need to succeed
You must have HR and Payroll Administration experience, ideally within a fast-paced distribution, logistics or similar environment. This role will be for 3 full days per week but there may be some flexibility around this.
