Description
Reporting into the Head of HR:
A generalist HR Business Partner working with stakeholders in the business to deliver an efficient HR service for all aspects of HR.
Day to day operational HR including Employee Relations, Upskilling Management, embedding company visions and values, supporting HR projects.
Profile
- Immediately available for a 5 month period
- Operated at HR Business Partner/Senior HR Business Partner level
- Have previously worked in a blue collar environment
- Has previously worked in an operational role in a fast paced, changing environment
- Able to hit the ground running in an operational environment
- Day rate
